Los Angeles native Jennifer Losch has earned a well-deserved promotion to The New Wave, our platform dedicated to showcasing the next generation of creative talent. Jen’s passion for storytelling began at a young age, and her ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with audiences has made her an invaluable member of our team. We’re excited for the next chapter of her journey and proud to have her represent WORK and The New Wave.

 

Since joining WORK in 2021 as a Production Coordinator, Juna Drougas has continually demonstrated her exceptional work ethic and leadership. Her dedication led to a promotion to Post Producer in 2022, and now, she takes the next step as Senior Producer in our Los Angeles office. Juna’s affability and commitment to excellence have played a key role in her success, and we look forward to seeing her continue to thrive in this new role.
